Registration

Registering for FOAM requires three steps:

  1. By May 15: Fill out our online Registration Form, which includes your contact info and trip preferences. You will receive a confirmation email from foam@brown.edu within 2-3 days.
  2. By June 1: Once we’ve confirmed your registration, pay for FOAM using Eventbrite or by mailing a check. Either payment type is fine with us; just note that there is a small processing fee if you use Eventbrite.
    • FOAM-In: $30
    • FOAM-Out: $150
    • Checks should be made out to “Brown University” – and please write “FOAM Orientation Fees” in the note/memo. Checks can be mailed to:

    • We are hoping to make FOAM accessible to every incoming student. To that end, there is limited financial aid available; please contact Chelsea Reyes in the Office of Student Affairs (chelsea_reyes@brown.edu) as needed.
  3. By July 28: Print and fill out your medical and consent forms (below) – please bring completed forms with you to your first day of FOAM!

For anyone accepted to AMS off the waitlist – we ask that you register within one week of accepting a spot at Brown and submit your payment within two weeks of registering for FOAM.
